This is reported to be a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating treatment, a technique which is designed to soothe, pamper and treat your feet, legs, arms and hands.

Whilst the feet are worked on, warm stones are placed on specific areas of the body to open up the energy pathways with the aim to induce deep relaxation. The heat from the stones may improve the relaxation response and may stimulate healing through increased blood flow and circulation. The treatment itself is carried out with a number of different sized smaller stones to enable deep stimulation of the reflex points.
